Product Approach Masterclass
Companies can no longer ignore the importance of digital technologies for their business strategies. IT and Data departments have moved in a few years from a support role to that of a full-fledged business partner. The teams in these departments are expected to have a business impact through products or services. They must adopt a product approach with the objective of reconciling viability, feasibility, and desirability. This introductory course covers the concepts and principles of the product approach and the product-oriented organization.
