Augmented Product Management

Generative AI is no longer just a writing assistant; it has become the indispensable intellectual and technical partner of the modern Product Manager. This immersive training proposes a paradigm shift: moving from the role of operational "doer" to that of "Product Architect" who orchestrates artificial intelligence to multiply their impact.

The thread of this day is a complete product sprint: in 7 hours, participants will accomplish what usually takes several weeks. From raw data analysis to strategy, and from specification to functional prototyping, we will simulate launching a new product end-to-end.

This session demonstrates how AI can drastically compress the "Discovery" and "Delivery" phases. Participants will learn to transform data insights into concrete interfaces instantly, eliminating technical blockers to focus on user value and market validation.

What you will learn

  • Master the "Augmented PM": Use advanced language models to analyze, reason, and build
  • Lead accelerated Discovery: Leverage AI to ingest and synthesize massive data corpora (interviews, logs, studies) to detect hidden opportunities
  • Industrialize definition: Generate and challenge complete specifications (PRD, User Stories, acceptance criteria) with increased technical rigor
  • Prototype in real-time (No-Code/Low-Code): Move from concept to visual reality (Text-to-UI) and deploy a functional MVP using autonomous coding agents
  • Simulate Go-to-Market: Create a complete launch strategy and use predictive AI to anticipate and analyze Product Market Fit

Prerequisites

  • Practical experience in Product Management (knowledge of Agile cycles, Discovery, User Stories, KPIs)
  • Having a "Product" culture is essential. The goal is not to learn the PM profession, but to learn how AI is radically transforming it
  • No coding skills required

Target audience

  • Product Managers, Senior PMs, Product Owners, Head of Product or CPO looking to evangelize AI usage for velocity gains, Entrepreneurs or "Product Builders" wanting to validate ideas quickly.

Quality Process

SFEIR Institute's commitment: an excellence approach to ensure the quality and success of all our training programs. Learn more about our quality approach

Teaching Methods Used
  • Lectures / Theoretical Slides — Presentation of concepts using visual aids (PowerPoint, PDF).
  • Technical Demonstration (Demos) — The instructor performs a task or procedure while students observe.
Evaluation and Monitoring System

The achievement of training objectives is evaluated at multiple levels to ensure quality:

  • Continuous Knowledge Assessment : Verification of knowledge throughout the training via participatory methods (quizzes, practical exercises, case studies) under instructor supervision.
  • Progress Measurement : Comparative self-assessment system including an initial diagnostic to determine the starting level, followed by a final evaluation to validate skills development.
  • Quality Evaluation : End-of-session satisfaction questionnaire to measure the relevance and effectiveness of the training as perceived by participants.
